Voulême is a quiet hamlet close to the Charente River and between the market towns of Ruffec and Civray; 5km from the N10 and midway between the ancient cities of Poitiers and Angouleme. Our aim is to provide you with the most comfortable and enjoyable stay and to that end our focus has been to refurbish the rooms to the highest standards and pay attention to every detail. We have double and twin rooms with modern, spacious en-suite facilities, beautiful antique French and Italian beds with luxurious Egyptian cotton linen and pure wool blankets to ensure a blissful slumber. Wood and tiled floors, interesting prints and wall hangings all add to the ambience which we hope will ensure a pleasant and unforgettable stay. For out of season visits all room are centrally heated. Complimentary tea and fresh coffee is available on request and served in our pretty enclosed courtyard or the dining room, depending on the season. Fresh mineral water is provided in all rooms.
