Located in the Lot Valley, 1 km from the old village of Pradines and 6 kms from Cahors, Téranga is a 19th century manor house. You’ll enjoy the shade of the century old vines on the terrace, and you’ll appreciate relaxing in the cedar grove and in the garden which enjoys a view of the hills winding along the river Lot.
The sitting-room, the dining-room and the bedrooms have all been lovingly restored in keeping with the atmosphere of this family house where generations have spent happy vacations.
A gourmet breakfast, complete with homemade cakes, jams, cereals and fresh fruit, is served every morning for the bed and breakfast guests on the terrace or in the dining-room.

You can visit : Cahors, beautiful medieval city and its secret gardens, the 13th century Valentré bridge (a UNESCO heritage site), Saint Cirq Lapopie one of the most beautiful villages in France, the prehistoric caves of Pech Merle, Padirac cave, Rocamadour, and a lot of castles, churches in picturesque villages perched high on hills or nestled in the bends of rivers.
What you can do : Trekkers can explore the area’s walking paths (GR 35, GR 65), and horse riders or cross-country bikers can be accommodated, too. Or you can take advantage of the Lot and the Celé rivers to go fishing, canoeing or kayaking. You can even go on a lazy river cruise and discover the Lot’s extensive system of locks. There are so many things to do in the Lot !
To go out : many museums, concerts, Blues Festival, classical music Saint Céré festival etc.
 Directions:
Téranga is 575 km from Paris on the A 20 motorway and 110 km from Toulouse.
Coming from the North (Paris) exit at junction 57 sign-posted Cahors. After about 12 km on the N20 follow the sign "Pradines". You take a right turn on the D8 and go on following the sign "Pradines, Luzech". You'll pass 4 roundabouts and go on in the direction of Douelle.
Coming from the South (Toulouse) exit at junction 58 sign-posted Cahors. After about 16 km on the N20 you get to a large roundabout and take the second exit in the direction of Paris, Brive. You then take the direction of Pradines, Luzech and go on following on the D8 the direction of Pradines. You'll pass 5 roundabouts and go on in the direction of Douelle.
Téranga is situated exactly one km after the last roundabout (near the old village). Do not follow the sign "Pradines bourg" on the right ! Go straight on, for one km, and turn left just after the small house with the yellow sign "Téranga".
